I’ve used Thomas for all my HVAC needs for the past three years. This year we ended up replacing one of my 13 year old units and I couldn’t be more happier about the service he provided. The new unit arrived quicker than the estimated date, he picked up the work permit on my behalf and he completed the job in a timely manner which saved my family from another sleepless night. Tom provided excellent service. Not only did he arrive on time he completed the job in a timely manner. He installed my cooling system in my home. He took great care to properly seal and secure my air conditioner. He also gave me great maintenance/upkeep advice. Would definitely recommend this company.

Phoenix Home Improvement provided a wonderful experience. Tom was diligent, on time, courteous and knew what he was doing. It was a big decision to replace or repair an HVAC system. Tom was wonderful with his follow up, provided great service, he had a wonderful demeanor and was timely in his scheduled appointments. I will be using his services again in the very near future for new air compressors. I highly recommend this company.

Tom is extremely knowledgeable, friendly and helped us fix our issue with the HVAC. He educated us on the system and made sure all our questions were answered. Great experience with Tom!
