I’ve been with Phoenix for 7 years this summer. I have lymphedema in both legs. When I first met Will Bates, I had lost all hope of ever having a normal life and had been near death a few times because of issues associated with the lymphedema. Wow! Oh my gosh GO elsewhere! Client OR employee! I'm a former employee. Worked for them almost a year. Poorly run company, JUST an assembly line of clients and Caregivers! The ladies who do the scheduling are overwhelmed, NOT enough Caregivers, so they just throw you in someone's home, no past history, sometimes not much at all on the client's care plan, which I did tell the office that. The stàte of Mo. authorized 2 hour transportation for my husband and I with Phoenix but they are not allowing our care giver to go to the store with me, our vision is challengd we need the help.

All the staff is very receptive, they respond quickly to our needs! They are all quite professional. Our caregiver Ashli is great with my mom, is upbeat and willing to help in many ways!
