I had a very positive experience with Phoenix Home Care. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and professional from the moment I arrived. They took the time to answer my questions and made me feel valued and respected. It’s refreshing to see a team that genuinely cares about providing excellent customer service. Based on my experience, I would recommend Phoenix Home Care to anyone looking for compassionate and professional care.
My son is a client of this company and my daughter works for them as well, she loves Working for them she stated that her manager is the best manager she has ever experienced, she stated that she is a great communicator Her name is Nicole Stringer. Way to go, Phoenix, HOME CARE and hospice thanks a lot for giving My Son great care.
Phoenix does not value their employees. I was fired after I passed out because I didn’t call to tell them what happened, yet no one ever reached out to check if I was okay. NEXT They’ll put you on a schedule, but if your client is hospitalized, they’ll cut your hours and leave you scrambling to figure out how to make ends meet for your family. Overall, my experience was disappointing. I would rate them 1/10 and would not recommend working there
