I EXPECTED, THE FAMILY DID EXPECT MORE, ESPECIALLY WITH THE OBVIOUSLY FALSIFIED REVIEWS. WE ASKED FOR A LITTLE MORE FOR MOTHER. OUR CALLS ARE NOT MESSAGED TO OTHERS ECT. 2X WEEK BATH. ? LETS SEE HOW PHOENIX FEELS IF EMPLOYEES SHOWER ONCE A WEEK. AND EVERYTHING REVOLVES AROUND THIER SCHEDULE. DESPITE OTHERS WORK AND MANDATORY SITUATIONS. I REALLY WANTED TO MARK 1. THE 1 REALLY IS FOR KINDNESS WHEN.....THE PEOPLE SHOW UP. SAVE YOURSELF FROM DISAPPOINTMENT. GO ELSEWHERE

They were all so attentive to our needs the entire month. Readily answered calls day and night. Everyone that helped us was so kind. Missy and Adrian were awesome! We are so thankful for all of them.

I had a spinal cord injury about two years ago and have needed in home care since then. We contacted Phoenix and made arrangements for in home care twice a day. I have appreciated the open communication with the "supervisors" when any concerns have occurred. Overall I have had very good care attendants and at the present have a primary attendant that is excellent!
