I had a spinal cord injury about two years ago and have needed in home care since then. We contacted Phoenix and made arrangements for in home care twice a day. I have appreciated the open communication with the "supervisors" when any concerns have occurred. Overall I have had very good care attendants and at the present have a primary attendant that is excellent!

I know many people whom work for Phoenix home care in Jefferson city, mo and Clinton Mo and the agency has went above and beyond to help people and keep them in their home, When I visit the office. I am always greeted so nicely. Never long waits. And very concerned workers When I have to call my issues are always resolved promptly by Dina Cornejo and I know so many whom need these services but do not qualify for Medicaid...unfortunately But it has been the best care I've seen out here.
