Excellent customer service, fair prices, and overall great to work with for both our new AC and Furnace needs this year.
Terrible service, told me my ductwork was in good condition and unit wasn’t functioning properly. I replaced the ductwork myself after I could not get them to fix it. They charged me last year saying that the ductwork had come loose. Today I was under the house and the ductwork had nothing fastened to it and a 16 foot section was rotted. By the way it looks it has been that way for years. I will never forget the scam service I received from this company and will pass it on to my friends and family not to trust them.
Had my appointment scheduled very quickly. Chris did a great job, had my furnace up and running very quickly. Don't hesitate to call Phoenix to service your heat and a/c needs.
Chris was awesome!! Super helpful when I had no heat. He diagnosed the furnace and saved me a ton of money with a quick fix.
No service . Would not help me for at least 1 month
