Even though he was busy, he came out the same day and solved the problem while being friendly, knowledgeable and professional.. I highly recommend his company.

Phoenix came out on short notice to save me from an AC failure after the hottest day of the year. He had the problem fixed in minutes for an incredibly reasonable price, and went above and beyond to clean out my coils, and suggested some future maintenance to keep my roof safe from leaks. 10/10 would absolutely recommend. I called Phoenix Heating and Air around 2 PM on a fully booked day, explaining that my medically complex child had just had surgery and we had no AC. They went above and beyond to squeeze us in and had everything fixed by 6:30 PM. So kind, professional, and understanding. Their compassion and experience truly shine. We are incredibly grateful!
I called Phoenix Heating and Air Conditioning when my air conditioner stopped working on the direction of my landlord,I called them at 2PM and told them that my mom is on hospice and the hot weather would affect her breathing and they were at my door before 3pm the same day. They fixed it and then did a check up on my compressor. They are literally a life saver. I would recommend anyone to use them for fixing or installing an air conditioner or whatever you need!!!
