The staff always are able to accommodate any age & myself being in my sixties I've not once felt I haven't been able to enjoy a full class! I highly recommend PHOENIX for everyone of all shapes & sizes.
I'm so happy with Cherie, one of the best personal trainer I have used. She works me hard and knows my trouble areas. I have never planked so much in my life 😄🤣 thanks again.
Such a great comfortable environment to train in. Providing Encouragement to achieve goals, and results. The friendly atmosphere and trainers makes for a great gym experience. Totally recommend if you are after the same.
