My overall experience with this doctor has been consistently disappointing. Appointments are typically scheduled six weeks or more in advance, and even when booked well ahead of time, the doctor is often late to begin appointments. There is no reliable way to communicate with her outside of those visits — phone calls and emails are not accepted, and follow-up questions are not accommodated. The admin staff, LOVELY. Absolutely the most helpful, wonderful people ever. The doctors however… can’t say the same. I was told by my doctor that I needed to come and see her for a review before I could get another refill on my meds. Which is fair, they’re a controlled substance so it makes sense. HOWEVER. I called when I had a whole bottle left to make sure I was calling as advanced as possible for an appointment. This was on August 14. She had NO AVAILABLE APPOINTMENTS UNTIL SEPTEMBER 22. Expect ~30min delay for each appointment and 2-3 weeks to even make an appointment. The doctor is uncaring and rude (sighing, cutting me off, etc). She prescribed medications but did not explain what they were or what kind of illness I was experiencing.
I wonder if management people ever read the reviews from their patients on here. Seem like you're all miserably doing your job.

Doctor is uncaring and rude and she always expresses how annoyed she is to deal with me (sighing, cutting me off, etc). She prescribed medications but did not explain what was wrong or what kind of illness I’m experiencing. First time writing google reviews, and it’s sad that I have to deal with this kind of issue when I am going through the hardest time in life.
