Expect ~30min delay for each appointment and 2-3 weeks to even make an appointment. Doctor is uncaring and rude and she always expresses how annoyed she is to deal with me (sighing, cutting me off, etc). She prescribed medications but did not explain what was wrong or what kind of illness I’m experiencing. First time writing google reviews, and it’s sad that I have to deal with this kind of issue when I am going through the hardest time in life.
If I could give this practice zero stars I would. I am a new patient and got threatened termination since I went to a walk in clinic, the receptionist would not let me speak and kept cutting me of. Extremely ignorant and RUDE! When I called about my matter I was told they cannot see me to make my way to the emergency instead I went to a walk in clinic, I saved myself hours of waiting and was treated properly. Don't go here for mental health reasons. They will just call you crazy and send you to the hospital
Receptionists are rude and ignorant and some barely speak english. my mother called looking for an appointment to go over her ultrasound results from the emergency room with our family doctor, she had to leave hospital as she had work the next day and whoever she spoke to was very rude and hung up on her multiple times, my mother said listen I'm not looking for pain meds I want to know what's wrong! Nice to know they don't really care about their patients and some are treated differently because of race
