Had the pleasure of attending the 8am classic reformer class with Susie on Friday. Such a wonderful class and a true testament to staying authentic to the craft. As an instructor myself, I couldn’t have been more pleased with the class cues, corrections and intention behind each set of moment. Susie was so warm, friendly and encouraging. The community was such a vibe! Great location and studio space! Will be back!
I have been going to Phoenix Health & Fitness for a few years now, and I absolutely love it. Susie is wonderful. Her classes are engaging, motivating, and welcoming. Susie always knows how to adapt workouts to help you progress towards your goals, whatever they may be. Her positivity and passion for health and fitness is contagious. You always leave Susie’s class feeling better than when you walked in. I highly recommend!
There is no better place for Pilates in Orillia than Phoenix Health And Fitness. The instruction is excellent. The location is convenient and the studio is clean and has a zen vibe. The owner, Susie is so friendly and cares about her clients. She is hands on. I feel safe when I use the equipment. She is very encouraging. My overall experience is 5 stars! Thank you Susie for making my workouts enjoyable.
I've been a client of Susies for many years and saw the progress off implementing different styles of exercising to suit individual clients and listening to clients needs and advising exercises that would benefit them. The studio is clean and has a lovely ambience that makes exercising fun.
