Love this salon. Very friendly owner who usually cuts and styles the hair and his wife who does the coloring. I been getting my hair done there for awhile and I always leave happy. If I want change my usual color I get I'll bring in a pic and explain what I want and they always get it perfect

I loveee this salon! It really is a hidden gem in Quincy- first off it's prices are unbeatable $15 for a womans haircut including layers/bangs and styling and only $50 for partial highlights. And they don't stripe highlight like Supercuts or anything they well blend the colors and really make it look natural. This is the best salon. I went in thinking I wanted just highlights. I chose a color that was not right for my hair. They suggested a color that would compliment my coloring. OMG, I look awesome. They're so nice and you can't beat the prices. You won't be disappointed if you go to Phoenix. Seriously, you'll love what they do for you. I promise.

If you want a great style, color, cut or whatever, go to Phoenix Hair Salon. They're awesome. I went in without knowing what I wanted. They told me what they think I would like. I went with it and WOW. I love it! I got dye and highlights with a cut. Also, the prices are amazing. Seriously, check them out. You won't be disappointed. I promise.
