I hired Gustavo to replace ineffective project management for a post hurricane renovation of my home. He was knowledgeable, professional, reliable, all important as I’m out of state. The project was successfully completed with all required documentation delivered.
Our Contractor was extraordinary! No added detail was too much trouble for him to address. He made helpful change suggestions, but was never pushy and kept us to our rather circumscribed budget (determined by FEMA).We were grateful for his calm presence and integrity. We needed to restore our home after flooding as result of the 2024 hurricanes. A long-time neighbor had used Phoenix Group Contractors for a similar restoration and was very happy with her total experience. Seeing the quality of work at her home we contacted Phoenix Group for an estimate. We were presented with a proposal showing several options with a dollar estimate for each. Gustavo was a pleasure to work with and I would definitely recommend him. He was very responsive and polite throughout several projects he handled for my clients’ downtown condo building lobby. Very happy with the tile and wood work. We are not quite done but it’s looking amazing already!
