This gym is AMAZING! From the very moment you walk in you can feel the amount of care the owners, Ethan & Renee, have put into curating a space that embodies the essence of martial arts. I can’t say enough about this gym. I work in the medical field and know my way around exercise but had zero energy and low motivation when it came to taking care of myself. I knew strength training was important but weight machines and going to the gym for solo workouts wasn’t it for me. I have a life long problem with one of my legs and in less than a year I’m surpassing all the expectations I had when starting at Phoenix. I am going to need a new way to refer to my “bad” leg now. This is gym is a 10/10! From the staff to the facilities. My partner and I have been attending the Muay Thai kickboxing classes for about 3 weeks now. Robert, the instructor, is super helpful in both the beginner 1-on-1 sessions and the group classes. A membership here is definitely an investment I would recommend.

This gym is great for anyone wanting to get into fighting and not sure where to start Robert(Muay Thai) coach is an awesome trainer and very personal 10/10 recommendation
