Phoenix is such an amazing experience. I’ve only been here for a couple of weeks, but the coaches and people are so nice and supportive. Ethan and Renee really make it such a welcoming environment.

This place really helps build of the basics for kickboxing and other martial arts. The instructors really care about how well you learn and are fun to be around. Every class is a fun adventure and I can’t wait for more.

I joined their bjj program as a complete beginner and it’s been a great time. Their coaches are very experienced and have been able to teach me a lot in the short time I’ve been at this gym. Jimi is always eager to answer my questions and just have regular small talk with me after classes which has made it feel easy to fit into the community here at Phoenix gym. Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. The coaches dedicate a bunch of time and effort to make sure your form is good on workouts and drills. As somebody who was fairly new to a structured strength training program, and extremely new to boxing— I couldn’t imagine a better gym to be at. The class times are readily available during the week, giving ample flexibility and opportunity to show up as much or as little as you like, with no pressure.
