Misty and the trainers are awesome! Great HIIT gym, very glad we found them.
Absolutely LOVE this gym. The instructors are amazing and very motivational and encouraging! There is such a variety of exercises for the boot camps so it feels new and refreshing. Great environment and people. All around highly recommend.
