The owner is Amazing, she was very flexible on allowing us to decorate the event space. The event space is very clean and pretty, and it's a great location and free parking.
This gym has been a breath of fresh air, from the pleasant smiles when you walk in to that constant push you need to get thru each workout. If you are looking for a home away from home this is the place for you, moms with kids listen up, these women are great parents and they totally get it, the struggle is real when you have young kids and trying to get your body back, the small, well decorated play room is top tier for the lil ones. Where do I start! I am absolutely excited about my fitness journey here. I lovvvveee it here, from the very start they have been super professional, the environment here is like that of family. The place is clean, they offer a smoothie/ juice bar, retail clothing so that you can keep it cute while getting in shape, a center for the kids, and flexible times to transform your body.. oh and the trainers are tough but consistent , and the staff is pleasant. Through Phoenix Fit, my blood pressure and anxiety is more manageable. My physique and overall fitness has improved way past my expectations. The trainers know stuff and are both professionals and friendly. Their protein shakes and energy drinks really come in handy before, during, and after the workouts. Phoenix Fit personal are truly life changers per physical fitness. They care and push their clients, patrons, and customers to care too.
