Great friendly staff and fast service
The fence install was fantastic. Quick, professional and clean other than some post hole dirt piles we cleaned up. Booking and scheduling the fence was a chore. We approached them in the beginning of 2025 and paid our deposit in April. The install was scheduled for June after I threatened to cancel the job. After we were invoiced we contacted AP multiple times that the deposit was not on the invoice and eventually I gave up and called them and was informed their system does not apply deposits to invoices so remit the remaind... read more
Overpriced & terrible customer service. The wait times are ridiculous & when they finally came to install they were an hour late. I will not be using these guys again.
Find another company, Phoenix Fence was the company that was used by our complex to redo it's fencing. The overall project was met with several delays which left us with no fence for weeks and no gate for over a month. During the install my deck was knocked off it's supports and damaged. Nothing was done to correct the issue and it was swept under the rug. At the end of the day I was left with a crooked fence, a damaged deck, and a hefty bill. Find a better company if you are looking for a fence.
