Extremely poor communication, don't follow up when agreed upon, subpar work. Came out multiple times to "service" our gate. Always ended up not having the correct parts even after confirmation prior to them driving to my property, then being charged for subsequent appointments even though it was required due to their screw up. They we're supposed to come adjust our automatic gate, left it completely un-level and worse than before they "adjusted it". Very disappointed in the service work and customer service.
ZERO stars. Absolutely the worst experience I could ever imagine. I ordered a 6 foot fence. Took 3 weeks only for them to send a 4 foot fence. Sent back. Weeks to redo. Then they sent an incomplete fencing package. My contractors were here and couldn’t not and still cannot complete the project. These guys are too stupid to figure out how to courier the parts for 24 delivery. Ordered Monday. Now Thursday found out they hadn’t even shipped it. I would never recommend this company. Horrible customer service and very poor workmanship, save yourself the headache and phone someone else.
