We used Craig to install a 16' automatic gate at least 5 or 6 years ago. We had an issue with our actuator which required us to send it in for repair which we did on our own without calling Craig. The manufacturer recommended that it be reinstalled in a different configuration than it was originally. Craig stood by his work and without actually being asked offered to just come out and take care of it. This man has integrity, stands by his work, and I recommend his services.
Working with Craig was a very trustworthy experience. He’s direct and to the point with clear communication and he digs in to figure things out. It took a while to find a good contact to work with for our gate and he was very responsive. I appreciated his kindness and honesty throughout the process. Thank you Craig!
