Lots of vendors which is amazing, but wouldn't recommend eating anything here. At large events like these food is expensive and it's hard to eat anywhere in the building. People are very weird to about "seating arrangement" and don't allow others to sit with them when there's nowhere else to sit. Very weird and rude. On addition, people can't individually sell their items to vendors since they have to be a vendor themselves. Last minute photo ops was sold out and leap the photo company still charged me and double charged me the next day. “You didn’t meet the deadline” yeah no kidding, it was a popular event and your website wasn’t updating in real time. Never went to the photo op. Asking for refund and only respond was email this company and that company. Never again.
I'd give 0 stars if that was an option. I'm extremely disappointed in how Phoenix Fan Fusion handled a situation with my husband. He was forced to throw away a perfectly good $50 tripod because staff wouldn't allow it inside — despite him taking public transit and having no nearby car to return it to. No item check, no practical option, just “trash it or leave.” This wasn’t about safety — it was a lack of basic decency and flexibility.
