Total bs. I called at 8 sharp and was 136 in queue. They won't help you. Just waste your time. False hope center.
Everytime you call it's like no one answers the phone or don't want to answer. I get up everyday at 6:30 and I start calling at 7:25 I don't understand you can call more than 300 and they still won't pick up the phones.By the time 8:30 come around the appointments are filled like how if you just open 30 minutes ago. How do yall expect people to get help from this center if no one is answering the phones..
These are the worst people. U call at 8am and it's already high call volumes. You can't get hold of them even if you try.
