This place needs to be defunded!! The do not answer and who knows if they are actually helping people it goes straight to there voicemail I called right at 8am like they told me and I’ve gotten nothing but voicemail 157 calls and not a single one has been answered. This place doesn’t help you
I got through on Monday at 8am only to tell me that all appointments are taken for that week!!! How is that possible? I couldn’t even talk to Anyone it just hung up the phone line.

2/20/26 UPDATE-So, as of yesterday(the caseworker chose my birthday to email me her final news) They claim this whole situation is my landlords fault. They arent taking any accountability. Emailed me a 3 paragraph letter advising that my landlords W9 is unacceptable even though they have not had issues eith any other rental agency(or even with John F Long in the past) See attached email.
