Very bad experience. I was held at this shipper for over 5 hours before loading, even though I was the only truck on site. Employees were just walking around with no urgency. When they finally started loading, the staff was extremely rude and swearing at me. I tried to explain how the load needed to be placed correctly on my trailer for safety reasons, but they refused to listen. The way the load was done made it very difficult and unsafe to secure. Worked there 12years on the paint side got robbed under the walkers hrs wish.and after I hurt my self.i couldn't do my job so I quit and didn't even get a thanks for your years of commitment.so no they deserve to not have good help.
