Very disappointed with this experience. They canceled my daughter’s class without any prior notice and moved her to a different day without notifying a parent. I was extremely disappointed and requested a refund, but it was not processed. I had to call several times to make sure the refund was issued.
We have been at this gym for the past 5 seasons and love it! The owner is super hands on and the director Jess is literally phenomenal! If you have concerns and reach to Jess she will absolutely drop what she's doing and address the issue. I can't say enough positive things about the gym and the leadership it's under.
Coach Jess is the WORST!!! This woman is very unprofessional and the rudest person I’ve ever met.
