does not respond quickly for emergency repairs and when staff arrive they are ignorant of systems, one actually just turned the water off feeding the heating and water boiler even though it is a pressure problem. would not recommend
I’ve had quite a lot of work done off phoenix electricial over the years. From small jobs to replacing socket fronts to having bigger installations done like my bathroom and hall, staires and landing lighting. Phoenix electrical were accommodating and advised on lighting layout which do look better than we would of done. They were very clean and efficient and kept us up to date with all progress when work was bending carried out. Would highly recommend.
