I actually have no idea how they’re even in business.
It's unfortunate to see that a single unhappy customer is trying to damage their reputation by encouraging friends to leave false or misleading reviews. This kind of behavior is unfair to a company that works so hard to maintain integrity and earn trust through real results.
I had a terrible experience with customer service. I encountered an issue with my AC that couldn’t be resolved despite multiple visits from the technicians. Eventually, I decided to call someone else, who was able to fix the problem in just a few hours. These guys were a total waste of my time and money; I recommend going elsewhere for your AC needs.
These guys do NOT run a legitimate company, they send out techs to do fake repairs, even if it’s within your year warranty. DO NOT RECOMMEND
