Wow, this shop is incredible. I have been to several different shops over the years and my 1997 F350 Powerstroke had failing AC and poor shifting between gears. They got me in the next day, fixed the issue for almost half the price I expected and sent me on my way. The AC is ice cold, and the transmission is smooth. True professionals!
Be careful with these people, especially the owner; they are lying thieves. I took my truck in early Friday morning to get it fixed, and the owner told me it would be ready in the afternoon. They never called me; I went on Monday, and it still wasn’t ready. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, not even to my worst enemy. Very poor service, and the repair was extremely expensive—it cost almost $4,000 and took more than 5 days. They’re a bunch of thieves."
Greg Clark and his team are amazing. My diesel Excursion 6.0 has always had issues starting up and more recently it got really bad. I brought it to these guys and they got it working like a new vehicle! My only regret is not bringing my truck in sooner!
I called around to a few shops that could fit me in within the same day for a serpentine belt replacement on my F350. Greg was able to fit me in the same day and I was out within an hour. The folks there were super nice and I was pleased with the job! I will definitely be back when I’m in the area.
