Great service, no complaints – Had an MRI that was scheduled with PDI. Got in on time, no waiting, went straight back to MRI room. I would suggest taking the first morning appointment if you don't want to wait. The tech was super friendly. The receptionist was kind of cranky or tired of her job. Overall it was a good experience. Headed back today for an x-ray. I will continue to use them.
Very poor customer service – I scheduled an appointment for a CT Scan. I went there 15 minutes before my appointment was scheduled, they verified my insurance information etc... They let me wait an additional 30 minutes just to tell me that the doctor is on lunch and they don't know when he might be back (although my appointment was scheduled). I got re-scheduled for 2 days later. Went there 5 minutes before the appointment, they AGAIN verified everything and I again had to wait almost 45 minutes. They cannot keep their sche... read more
