I was really excited to work with Ernesto, he's very nice. Unfortunately, they were unprofessional and unresponsive during most of the project. They managed to leave my floors worse than when they started. A brand new floor shouldn't be this bad but they found a way. They quoted 7 days and somehow it ran almost 3 months. If you have money to waste, then by all means give them a shot. Otherwise, find someone else.
