Attended a consultation today and will not be going back. The consultant's demeanour was condescending. They made assumptions about my financial situation, asked me to name areas of my face that were of concern to me, and then proceeded to flatly dismiss those concerns, and they also made several unnecessary and patronising comments after I opened up about my recent experience with other beauty services.
