the sweetest, most caring, most understanding staff. i get injections for psoriasis and they are so easy to work with, even with my anxiety of getting poked! they also listen to your skin concerns and are happy to give samples to try products that will work with your skin type and promote healing in your skin. thanks phoenix derma :)
Great staff! Doctor good at explaining things and is very respectful
I have called the office 3 times now and no response. No one ever answers the phone and I hear the same message every time, that the office is closed. I am calling during business hours. They don't have a voicemail set up either so you can't leave messages.
The wait has always been ridiculous. The face time spent with the doctor has become increasingly less each year I am here. Concerns are waved off. The staff are all incredibly rude. You feel like such an inconvenience. Finding a new dermatologist.
The staff is great! I have never waited more than 10 minutes. Dr Charif is great!
