Had my appointments cancelled twice then told would have to wait untill a new NHS dentist was taken on this was almost 3 year's ago. Must be a very poor employer if not able to attract new staff. Phoned today as I have a toothache still no dentist but could pay 99. 00 to see a private dentist plus any treatment costs, I dont have that sort of money so thanks Pheonix.

DO NOT USE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!! I've been cancelled so much, I havent had an appointment in 2 years.... REBOOKED 6 TIMES!!! I believe they are driving out NHS patients on purpose. Reception staff rude and confrontational. Worst service!!! I'm stupid for believing their excuses for so long. Other reviews confirm it's a shambles.

Go anywhere but here. I was very dissatisfied with thier service. Poorly managed and no one seems to know what is happening. Turned up for appointment to be told it wasn't booked, when I arranged it on the telephone with the receptionist the week before. Poor.

Have had appointments that have waited weeks for to be cancelled multiple times with <24hrs notice. Practice is in disarray and cannot be trusted. Hopefully there sort themselves out !
