We are disappointed with Phoenix Decoration. The product and service we received was nowhere near what we expected and certainly not worth the price we paid. Communication was extremely poor throughout the process, and lacking professionalism. We had much higher expectations, especially after they were recommended as the preferred decorator by the venue. Overall, it was a frustrating experience, and we would not recommend their services.
Phoenix Decoration were really easy to deal with - we used their chairs for our wedding ceremony and they delivered and picked up from our venue with no hassle. All round great service
