I had to make a delivery to someone in Symphany hall. The convention center parking lot was full and there was no other parking nearby. Their no in/out privileges charged me $20 even though I was just there to make a delivery.
Had to push my WC bound wife across the 4th level to the ONLY working elevator available. At least could have been told that upon arrival do that I could at least park closer to the elevator.
It was easy to use but unlock that staircase door. I didn't feel safe walking up the ramp. Didn't like to pass the people walking either.if it's a security thing add windows to the staircase.
Great parking, with 6 floors, and a roof top, credit/ debit only. Secured parking ramp, with video surveillance, and security patrol.
