The office is extremely helpful my favorite is MS. kitty she always looks out for you !! Thank you for working so hard and being so amazing while it may not be the easiest job dealing with all of us residents. I love the pool and the gym is great. My recommendations would be to have more things for residents a community center/ club house. Remove the carpets from the hallways as they are years old and gross. Office staff, management and maintenance are pretty good. Apartments are nice size. Elevators work. Parking availability is okay. Having a pool is nice. Pest issues are real and still going on. My apartment rarely feels like it’s cool during the summer despite having Central air. The washer dryer units inside of apartments only washes/dries small loads and takes about four-six hours to do so.
