Phoenix concrete/Manuel is the real deal. Great communication, good price, and very high quality work. They resurfaced my spalled driveway that was a real mess from the ice storms. After hammering out loose concrete, pressure washing, leaf blowing, rinsing, patching and then floating the entire driveway including a broom finishing it really looks fantastic. They even included a sealer which is a bonus. Definitely a very very positive experience and highly recommend
I had a really good experience with Manny! He listened to my requests and worked hard to fit me in when the weather didn’t cooperate. My stamped walkway looks really nice! His pricing was very good and he presented me options so that I could pick upgrades or not based on extra cost. I would recommend Manny and Phoenix Concrete for anyone needing concrete work.
