This is a 5 star company and 5 star product. Scott designs and builds his equipment. He is always available to trouble shoot (even Saturdays) and because he knows every nut and bolt, O ring, orifice, tolerance and torque on his equipment he instantly understands what happened and what needs to be done. His knowledge is encyclopedic and he is happy to share. He has debugged us a few times and made constructive suggestions that have really assisted us. And the product is bulletproof. We have an LF-1 wet-out system, for which we got above and beyond technical support on multiple occasions, from fast turnaround time on rebuilds to over-the-phone troubleshooting.
