Phoenix Comm sold my client a projector screen to replace one they didn't like for their main video conferencing room. The screen that came was MUCH smaller than what was ordered by Phoenix Communications. Phoenix Communications refused to swap the screen out for what they quoted unless we paid them another hefty fee. I have a PDF of all communications to prove this review true.
