Hi to all reading this.this is not a review but rather a view into the past. This premises belonged to a retired US Marine Captain (Captain Al Mikalow) who established the School in the sixties (I stand under correction). I attended the deep sea divers course in 1985/6. and worked as a commercial diver for many years. What a surprise to see what happened with the old diving training centre/school.
I love our community at Phoenix Commons who are learning to work together on many facets of living together: including cooking 2 meals a week, participating in 12 workhours a month including 3 workhours in the communal kitchen, sharing dogwalking duties and being on teams which determine our community agreement written 2 years ago but occasionally needs updating.
