I have been working with Phoenix Commercial Advisors for over 1 year and have found the firm to be one of the leading retail leasing and investment firms in Arizona. Specifically, I have been working with Nick Dedona in leasing our retail centers. It's hard to find a retail broker who is willing to do the canvassing, make the endless phone calls, build the brochures, always answer their phone. Nick does all these tasks which I believe makes him a good retail leasing broker and adds value to the PCA retail team!

I've hired them several times for shopping centers that we own in both Phoenix and Mesa and have been pleased with the results.
