Hole in the wall with money hungry owner, tried to force me into a vehicle I didn’t want, lied about milage. Take your money elsewhere.
This business is a scam. We had to get Ohio Attorney General involved and filed a lawsuit against Phoenix Collision. We wanted to buy a vehicle from them, gave them $10K downpayment, he found the vehicle with interior/exterior and mechanical issues and was forcing us to purchase it. We declined and wanted our $10K back, which he is refusing to return even after the Ohio Attorney General office got involved. RecommendedI was directed by a friend to purchase a car from Phoenix Collision and I am so glad I did! My fiancé and I are expecting our first child and we definitely needed to upgrade to a safer and roomier car and we got that all for a great price! I definitely recommend Phoenix Collision! Had a deal for cash price wasn’t ready to buy less than 30 days later he wanted 2500 more and wouldn’t budge or agree to the last quote. He said “ he wouldn’t sell since he could Get more money since people are getting their tax returns soon” not a good person
Awful. Cars look nice on outside, but under the hood is another story. Promised to fix engine problem in Audi, car was in and out of shop 3 times but problem was never fixed. Then was basically told “I’m sorry for breaking my promise, but you’re on your own” I just let him come and take the car. Was unresponsive about problem and all around shady dealer. Take your money elsewhere.
