Hole in the wall with money hungry owner, tried to force me into a vehicle I didn’t want, lied about milage. Take your money elsewhere.
This business is a scam. We had to get Ohio Attorney General involved and filed a lawsuit against Phoenix Collision. We wanted to buy a vehicle from them, gave them $10K downpayment, he found the vehicle with interior/exterior and mechanical issues and was forcing us to purchase it. We declined and wanted our $10K back, which he is refusing to return even after the Ohio Attorney General office got involved.
