Kyle did an excellent job cleaning my carpet! He vacuumed first and then shampooed the soiled carpet getting all spots out. I would highly recommend him.
It took 4 1/2 hours to clean the small area. Trey spent an hour trying to talk me into getting more cleaned & I kept saying no. He also looked up if I was a prior customer which I was. I did not have this type of experience with Kyle. He did a good job cleaning but he spent too much time getting started and talking. I had to remind him several times to get the job done.
I couldn't say enough great things about this company and Kyle. This is the only company I will ever use.
We had our carpets cleaned that had dog urine spots, not visible to the naked eyes . Kyle used his black light and showed us all the spots ( just leased the home for our daughter) and you could smell dog in the house. Kyle done a terrific job and explained in detail what he could do to help. We will definitely use him again. Honest and reasonable price for what he did !! Thank you Kyle of Phoenix cleaning service !!
