This is my first time having Upholstery cleaned and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend Phoenix Cleaning! I’m so impressed by how they were able to get out acrylic paint from my dining room chairs, that are off-white in color. There were also coffee, soda and food spills on the seats and they were able to get ALL of them out. SO impressed! My parents referred them to me and my brother and his wife. Everyone I had contact with was very professional and courteous. Everything was explained to me before services began. Trey did a fabulous job! He explained what he was going to do,worked hard and explained if there was a difficult spot to treat. The company follow up was an added bonus. Most companies do not do that. I highly recommend Phoenix for all your household cleaning projects.
Sabrina did a great job on the carpets. They look great, like brand new. She was attentive to my needs. But the second time someone was supposed to come, he called and said he was sick. That's okay, it happens. But, he was supposed to call back around 1 PM or when he got out of the doctor's. He didn't call and I was concerned. Then the boss said he would schedule me for the next day at 0900. At 0930, I texted Phoenix saying he didn't come. I assumed it was a no-go for Tuesday. Absolutely phenomenal service. Trey came and got both of my bed rooms cleaned perfectly. He had to work very hard on One and I greatly appreciate his dedication to his craft. I definitely recommend this place. They have some wonderful people that work there.
