I purchase solar panels from this company, now they don’t appear to be working but it’s been well over a year and I can not get in touch with anyone at the company to help me resolve the problem.
I purchase solar panels from this company, now they don’t appear to be working but it’s been well over a year and I can not get in touch with anyone at the company to help me resolve the problem.
It's been a couple of years since I installed the panels and my Excel bill is minimally less. My only advise is be careful what the sales man tells you and how he sizes your system.
The customer service is almost non existent, they never came out to install our power usage monitor and now it appears they have gone out of business. Our power bill finally dropped after 3 months when I found out that we had to set up the buy back program ourselves through our power company. They never mentioned that in the beginning. Company is a scam. If they happen to go back into business do not use them. And the install company they used in my area wasn't that great either.
