Make sure you get a cost estimate before any treatment!!! This is a Phoenix Children’s center and they will overcharge for every service(their words). My son had a skin allergy test and the bill was $4800! Their billing department is not helpful or sympathetic to your situation. Be careful!!!!!!

I am posting this in hopes that the surgery center provide me with someone to contact. My son had ear tube surgery on Wednesday. After surgery I believe my son was having side effects to the medications they gave him. He vomited and repeatedly had his oxygen levels drop to 83. I asked that he be given oxygen because his levels should not drop that low. The nurse made excuses and would not give him oxygen. My surgical experience here was even better than I hoped it would be. The nurses were kind, patient, knowledgeable and made me feel safe. The anesthesiologist answered all my questions as did my surgeon. I was happy to get my surgery done at a smaller location and get in and out quickly.
