It took 4 months to get an appt for my son that has sleep apnea. To just recommend nasal spray and allergy medicine. They did have a sleep study that's when I found out about the sleep apnea but that's about it.
The doctors who attended my daughter for ENT are super super nice really helpful all the staffs are nice the person who also roomed us she was soo kind the two ladies in the front where also helpful i highly recommend this place I give you all 5 starts thank you so much for everything for understanding me
Waited forever (5 months) for my 2 year old daughter's ENT appointment. When it finally came, we get there and they tell me we have to pay $400 up front out of pocket because our insurance (Cigna) doesn't cover anything. What?? I already checked it was in network. I find it very hard to believe my insurance covers nothing. Don't go here if you have a sick child and need immediate help. Expect to wait at least 5 months and be charged ridiculous amounts of money out of pocket even if you have in network insurance.
We loved our surgeon Dr Page and the office staff were very kind. However, it has been nearly impossible to get a post-op appt for our toddler. We discovered on the day of our appointment that the office cancelled it without notice, and next availability isn’t for another 3 months. It seems irresponsible for this office to do surgery on children without an ability to schedule timely follow up.
What a sorry excuse for an office. My daughter had her tubes placed here and only one fell out so far. I tried to make an appointment to get the other one because it’s bothering her so badly that she can’t nap or sleep well at night and because it’s BARELY been a little over 3 years they want to schedule her as a new patient with an appointment in August. From what I was told by ENT and primary care this is a very simple quick procedure yet my daughter has to wait two months!
