We’ve been through many different ophthalmologists, and Dr. O’Neil has definitely been the best! We’re so pleased with our first appointment—finally, we feel heard and reassured. The staff is amazing, and the whole office is welcoming and professional. We’re excited to continue coming here and feel confident our baby girl is in great hands.
This team is very attentive and caring. Dr O’Neil is good at what he does and is patient with his patients and their parents too.
They just have no respect for their patients time. They expect you to arrive 20 minutes early and then take you back over 45 minutes past the appointment time. Doesn’t matter what kind of appointment, it will take FOREVER. Maybe if the front desk lady allowed others to have a turn at solitaire there wouldn’t seem to be as long a wait. Or provide snacks or something. I don’t know, but until then, this place is terrible.
Loved the whole vibe of the office and its workers. Great with children
