Absolutely horrible. I waited 3 hours for a 3 minute appointment. I arrived 15 minutes early as instructed, and was taken back 15 minutes late. I sat in the exam room for 1.5 hours with my fussy 10 month old before I went out and asked when we would be seen. The NP asked me the EXACT questions that I had given to the MA prior to her entering the room. No provider sanitized their hands prior to touching my baby, including initial and post vitals assessment. I was told they were “running behind” but it is unacceptable to wait ... read more
Wouldnt even be putting a star on this but it wont let me post it if i dont. This place Doesn't even deserve a one star rating... this has to be the absolute worst urgent care known to man... first off you really need a new front desk person. the lady you have there now is beyond rude and does not have any sympathy for others. BEWARE. This facility will bill not as an urgent care but as out patient hospital facility. They will hide behind this cause it allows for them to hide behind shady billing practices that allow for them to charge more and bill it to the patient rather than the accepted rates they have agreed to with insurances. My child’s PCP request my wife take my daughter to URGENT CARE for a xray. Then they charged as a hospital. Nothing about this billing was explained. These are shady and unethical billing practices. Worst experience! Our we doc was very rude and i felt extremely bullied for asking if they had dye free Tylenol. The doctor was extremely rude and bad bedside manner
Parents be forewarned. The PA who saw my daughter in UC for a left wrist fracture lied to us about Banner requiring c-spine precautions and EMS transport to Banner Cardons ER. I found out in the trauma bay from the trauma RN that it wasn't Banners orders, and he gave me the documentation of their call. He said he took her call and took report, but they never made any recommendations for c-spine precautions or transport, and the receiving trauma physician was not involved in the phone call.
