We started back in January of 2025 never had an issue up until May 23, 2025. I was walking up to my childs classroom(pre-k) when I heard the assistant teacher yell at a student refusing a second serving of milk. We love PCA! We have been here for 1 year now and I am so thankful we are and only wish we came to them sooner. We were previously at another center that was incredibly disorganized, never a lesson plan/learning and my son had meltdowns everyday being dropped off. I can say it is the complete opposite here. Within 1 month of being here my children's educational knowledge flourished. No meltdowns with drop off. The center is clean, and organized. The director is almost always available. DO NOT GO HERE. SOME STAFF ARE ABUSIVE TO THE LITTLE CHILDREN. I wish I could've given 0 stars but I had to make a review.
My son was hit several times and have sustained a horrible injury. They did not notify his parents we learned upon picking him up what happened. Different teachers everyday and my son got harmed in the presence of an unknown teacher but was told it happens all the time . So because I had questions regarding my son’s care we got retaliated and discriminated against and was told our son had to disenroll. Front office always has an attitude when addressing my concerns . If you want your little one somewhere that makes you feel like they care about your child this probably is not the place. My son was in the infant room and there were no steady teachers in there. It was someone different every time . They have an app they “use” but most days it showed my son didn’t have a bottle or his diaper changed while he was there for the 8 hours or that they didn’t feed him certain meals all day.
