As a speech-language provider who works closely with this school, I feel compelled to share my experience. Ms. Jenn (School Director) and Ms. Kayle (Assistant Director) are truly exceptional advocates for their students. I am deeply concerned about the care provided at this facility. Children consistently come home with unexplained bruises, which is both alarming and unacceptable. The lack of proper supervision is evident, and the management appears unprofessional in addressing these issues. Additionally, it seems that some staff members may not meet the eligibility requirements for working in childcare, and there are serious gaps in documentation and training. Claims to be a "school" they are not. This particular daycare is a two star rated daycare. All they care about is bringing in those dollars. They have little to no regard for what is best for the children in their care. The regional director, Amy, is more worried about how the hallway looks and what furniture is in the building than the teachers and the families.
