I would advise against visiting the allergist office at this Specialty Center. We were charged (before insurance) about 20x what a dermatologist office would charge for skin prick testing. Luckily our insurance negotiated a lower rate, but our final bill is still about 8x what a dermatologist (or allergist not associated with Phx Children's) would charge. brought my daughter in for off and on knee issue from playing softball. The athletic trainer came in and spoke with her and to her like you would speak to an athlete. Then Dr Hall came in and spoke to her the same way. Asked her what she was looking forward to so we could build a timeline around a big tournament. As a former collegiate athlete myself, I was highly impressed by the way they handled my daughter and now non-invasive they were. Absolutely underwhelming staff. I've been waiting for my neurology appointment for a while now after scheduling it for 4pm march 21st since i've recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. When we got to the office the door was open but no one was in there, so we tried signing in and it said no one with my name had an appointment, so i called the phone number and it turns out they never actually scheduled my appointment and that even if they had, the time they had scheduled it for was when the neurology office closed. Hi so i came in for my first appointment it was good then my next appointment we checked out and set another date for my next appointment today was the day and then we heard there wasent a appointment scheduled i dont know who schedules appointments at the front desks on Wednesdays but they didnt save it and now i have to wait another week
