This is the worst thing I’ve had experience with Phoenix children’s Avondale location, My daughter was rushed to the hospital for eval. I currently can’t drive while she was there I in contact with a social worker and the nurse. I spoke to the social worker after the (Male)nurse and informed the social worker that I would look for a ride and try the insurance Med ride unfortunately they discharged her too early so the insurance would not covered, (No Fault of my own) but theirs! I highly recommend them. I took my daughter with chest pain and the nurse Shannon Koros was super friendly and very nice made me and my daughter feel like family.
Usually PCH Avondale is really good except last night. I took my daughter in for a barking cough and congestion. I told Dr.Chris Ramsook that she gets reoccurring croup and that’s what this was. He didn’t listen to me and told me it was allergies! I kept trying to tell him that it was croup. My daughter got worse after we were sent home so I took her to her pediatrician in the morning and lo and behold she has CROUP! Nurses were very nice took his vitals but when came to the doctor who attended my son ,Murdock Theresa C ,said my 2 year old son was the first clean ears she seen that day and throat was good told the doctor he been complaining about his mouth and stomach she said maybe something viral which i thought was wierd she told me if he still feeling sick after 7 days to bring him back in.so a hour later from getting back home l had to take my son to urgent care in buckeye double ear and throat infection bad experience 6/16/2025 whe... read more
