PHX Children’s Avondale took such good care of my little baby yesterday. During an emergency, we were given a room within three minutes of entering the ER door and 10 staff members were tending to my baby immediately. I am grateful for the care they took.

I want to express my concerns regarding my recent experience at your emergency office During my child’s visit, I was deeply disappointed with the level of care provided by both the doctor and nurse. It felt as though they showed little to no concern for my child’s well-being, and their approach came across as indifferent and dismissive.
