I went in today and I was helped by an amazing worker ! Her name is Nancy, she’s very nice and very helpful !! She is great at what she does and very knowledgeable, she deserves a raise !!
I’ve had pleasant experiences at PLS and I’ve been coming for years Cashing my checks. however there was a wonderful lady young lady. At the 38th street location. Her name was Nancy she was so patient with me and my elderly sister. Not only was she patient she had a beautiful smile that made my sister’s day. We need more people like her for customer service.
