Big ups to Juana at the 38th St store location! I usually cannot deal with the LACK of customer care, empathy, or professionalism at this particular store. Juana fulfilled all of these expectations today. She was patient and thorough incorporated with a sense of urgency while addressing my concerns. I hope that management uses her customer service skills to re-train the entire staff at the 38th st location. Juana is an asset to the business and represented PLS (38th st) in a positive light!
