I went to cash my payroll check and was asked if I had an account, I did, the teller found the account and asked if I would like a new card for $5. I told her that would be a great idea. She verified I had an account and then deleted the account without my consent. She then made me a new account then charged me $20 for the new account. I made it known I was not happy about what just happened the manager came over and made every excuse to justify her deleting my old account against my wishes.
