The ladys that work here are so rude especially elvira.They dont even get up off their chair to help or assist you just literally sit there,watching and staring at you. I dont understand why the manager keeps these ladies working here. The owner lets his staff speak to customers with disrespect and does nothing
I’ve now had 3 separate instances of downright unfriendly treatment of a customer. 2 were to me and 1 to my partner who went in to get my scripts for me once. The most recent was when I said to the assistant (named Caterina) that I’ve been a customer for over 4 years and nobody in the shop recognises me or knows my name yet. Her reply was stunningly rude - she said “well, do you know MY name?” I replied that’s not what I’m saying. And asked her if she’d like me to go to a different pharmacy from now on. Well...it's really disappointing to see the only people that review have bad things to say....I've been owner there for 8 years and I can absolutely vouch for our service and my selection of quality staff...if you are rude to us then you will be treated the same....sooo many people want everything for free...à trait Pharmacy has become synonymous for...recent govt decisions have limited our ability to offer so many things for free or little cost...gentleman who calls us racist needs to recall statement...we anything but...we... read more
