These People absolutely ripped me off. I never hired them, never got a quote from them, but they got into my home over a mold scam and took me for 15000.00. I've never been so sick to my stomach over anything as I was to find they had the gall to charge 40 an hour for their supervisor to watch, and 200 to move the fridge, etc. And they sealed off my entire home and charged thousands to vacuum walls and ceilings. What a great job. John cleaned and resealed over 1500 SQ FT of flagstone around my pool. The old sealer had been on for over 14 years and it was time for a redo. After the sealer was installed with two coats and a matte finish the water is now beading. It looks like new again. Thank you Phx Carpet and Water.
New to Arizona and new house, new carpet and an accident ocurred that we thought would be impossible to clean. Called for some recommendations and Phx Carpet name mentioned. Called and they responded same day, cleaned the damaged carpet, and did it all with a smile. we consider our selves fortunate to have found such a reliable, quick to respond company. Great job.
